Apex provided management training and coaching to a large logistics company experiencing and a transition in middle management.  Through training as well as individual coaching, new as well as aspiring managers participated in a comprehensive, competency-based training program to improve accountability, engagement, and employee and customers interactions. The company’s employee engagement increased by 16 percent in the following year and turnover fell to less than eight percent from a high of 31 percent.
